Estate
Nestled in perfect seclusion on its own peninsula, Lochnell Estate is a spectacular place. Surrounded by the sea on three sides and with far reaching views towards the Isles of Lismore, Mull and Kerrera. We host a wonderful example of the surviving Atlantic Rainforest, largely untouched for hundreds of years. We have been pursuing a native woodland replanting scheme for over forty years which is now well established. We are continuously working to improve the habitat of the increasingly wide variety of wildlife that calls Lochnell home.
Sporting
Lochnell hosts an enviable array of country sports activity. We offer early season partridge for groups of up to 10 guns, as well as a number of late season rough days. In December and January we offer a limited number of walked-up woodcock days over spaniels or pointers. Red deer stalking also available to guests. A variety of sea fishing is also possible from the Estate.

Marine
The Estate is also home to Lochnell Boatyard - a boatyard, storage facility and full service marine provision facility. The Boatyard offers a full-service solution for commercial and domestic vessels alike including the only heated indoor work space of its size and kind in the area and is complete with visitor moorings, a full launch and recovery service utilising our 12 and 14 ton hoists and slipway, cranage and hard-stand for up to 85 vessels.
